Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the De Nada Coffee ("De Nada", "we", "us", "our") website, online ordering, and services. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our website or services.

1. Ordering

1.1. You can order in store at 150 Argyle St, Picton, or online through our ordering platform (Bopple) linked from our website and social channels.

1.2. When you order online, you agree to give complete and accurate details — your name, contact information, and any options or notes relevant to your order.

1.3. Once an order is placed and paid for online, we begin preparing it promptly. Please double-check your order before confirming, as we may not be able to change it once preparation has started.

1.4. We do our best to keep the menu and pricing on our website and ordering platform accurate and up to date, but items may sell out or change without notice. If something you've ordered isn't available, we'll contact you to sort out a replacement or refund for that item.

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

2.2. A 10% surcharge applies on weekends and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.

2.3. Card payments may incur a processing fee, which will be shown before you confirm your order.

2.4. For online orders, full payment is required at checkout. Payment confirms your order and lets us start preparing it. If payment isn't completed, the order won't be processed.

2.5. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Card transactions are processed securely through our payment providers, and receipts are available on request.

3. Changes & Cancellations

3.1. We get that plans change. If you need to change or cancel an online order, contact us as soon as possible at 02 4611 7053 — the earlier the better.

3.2. Because food and coffee are made fresh to order, we may not be able to cancel or refund an order once preparation has begun.

3.3. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something we serve you is faulty, not as described, or otherwise not of acceptable quality, you're entitled to a remedy as required by law. If you're unhappy with your order, let us know and we'll make it right.

4. Collection & Pickup

4.1. Online orders are made for pickup at Shop 1 / 150 Argyle St, Picton during our trading hours.

4.2. Please collect your order around the time given when you ordered. We prepare food and coffee fresh, and we can't guarantee the quality of items left uncollected for an extended period.

4.3. It's your responsibility to check your order at pickup and let us know straight away if anything's missing or not right.

5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

5.1. We're happy to accommodate dietary needs where we can, and gluten-free options are available on selected items (additional charges may apply). Please tell our staff about any requirements when you order.

5.2. Please be aware that our kitchen is a shared environment where many ingredients, including known allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and sesame, are handled. While we take care to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we can't guarantee any item is completely free of allergens. If you have a serious allergy, please speak with our staff before ordering.

6. Trading Hours

Our hours are Monday to Friday 5:00am–1.30pm and Saturday to Sunday 7:00am–1:00pm. Hours may vary on public holidays — we'll do our best to let you know in advance through our website and social channels.

7. Liability

7.1. Once food and drinks have been collected, it's your responsibility to store and consume them safely and within a reasonable time.

7.2. To the extent permitted by law, De Nada is not liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of our products or failure to follow safe food handling practices after collection. This clause does not exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Website Use

8.1. Our website and social channels may link to third-party sites and services, including our online ordering platform. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

8.2. The content on our website — including text, images, artwork, and branding — belongs to De Nada Coffee and may not be copied or used without our permission.

9. Data Collection & Privacy

9.1. We collect and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). For full details on what we collect and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.

9.2. By ordering with us, you agree to us using your information to process and fulfil your order. Where you've opted in, we may also send you news and offers — and you can opt out at any time by contacting us at hello@denadacoffee.com.

10. Unforeseen Circumstances

From time to time, things outside our control — power outages, equipment failure, extreme weather, supply shortages, road closures, or government directions — may affect our ability to trade or fulfil orders. Where this happens, we're not responsible for resulting delays or cancellations, but we'll do our best to let you know and to refund or make good any affected orders.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our business or the law changes. The current version will always be on our website, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
